Chair Back

The piece on the left was the stained sample supplied by the customer. The piece on the right is the unstained copy. Two of the chair backs had cracked and needed replacement. This chair was part of a old solid maple dining room suite that the customer refinished and gave to his son as a wedding gift.

Piano Bench Leg

A leg on a piano bench had broken off and the glue repair did not hold. This poplar leg was made setting up the jigs used to make the cuts. The actual leg sold to the customer was maple.
